The Human Resources Performance Measurement Survey (HRPMS) is a customer satisfaction survey used to assess the quality of Human Resources (HR) services. The first administration of the HRPMS was in 2005 to establish the baseline level for customer satisfaction with HR services. The HRPMS consisted of 5 questions related to customer satisfaction in the following areas: overall HR service delivery quality; payroll counseling and administration; benefits counseling and administration; training services; and employee relations advice. The results of the survey are use to develop innovative strategies to overall improve HR service levels within the Department.
