2010 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey - Make Your Viewpoint Heard!

As of March 15, 2010, approximately 32% of Commerce employees have completed the 2010 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey, which is being administered by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to more than 500,000 employees in the Federal Government. If you have already completed the survey, the Department thanks you for your feedback. For those of you who have not already done so, we would like to take this opportunity to strongly encourage your participation in the 2010 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey. OPM has invited employees to complete the survey through individual e-mail messages with personal survey access information. Regular survey reminders are sent out to those who have not completed the survey from the sender "OPM Survey." All employees who respond can be assured that their responses are voluntary and confidential. The Department-wide results of the survey will be communicated via broadcast message and posted on the Commerce website.

Please note that Public Law 108-136, The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004, Section 1128, codified in Subpart C, Employee Survey, Title 5, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 250 requires all Federal Government agencies to conduct annual surveys of employees to assess their satisfaction with workplace policies and practices.
