HCHB Safety, Health & Environmental Fair

Save the date! The HCHB Safety, Health, and Environmental Fair is Wednesday, September 17, 2008, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. in the HCHB Main Lobby.

Our 2008 theme is “Safety is Good Business.” If you integrate safety, health, and environmental awareness into every aspect of your work day, you can prevent injuries, protect the environment, and be more productive. And, you want to remember to do the same at home or on vacation with your family.

Keynote Speaker 10:15 - 11:00, HCHB Auditorium
Linda Bruce, licensed nutritionist and international speaker
"Nutrition on the Run"

Since most people eat two meals outside the home, Ms. Bruce will discuss four key nutrition principles that have the most profound effect people's health and waist line. She'll give simple examples of how to implement these principles with a sampling of food choices offered in the Commerce and Reagan Building's cafeterias.
