  • Senior Executive Services (SES) activities

The Office of Workforce Development and Performance Management will provide the
following services:

  • Employee Relations Counseling
  • Labor Relations
  • Performance Management Guidance
  • Awards Administration
  • Training
  • Conduct & Discipline

The Office of Compensation and Benefits will provide the following services:

  • Personnel and Payroll Processing
  • Benefits/Retirement Counseling
  • Web Time and Attendance (WebTA)
  • Leave Administration
  • Official Personnel Folder (OPF/eOPF)
